2111 ECMA, LLC offers exceptional Special Education advocacy, tutoring, coaching, and consulting services for students, parents, educators, administrators, and schools involved in special education. Guided by our values of integrity and commitment, our mission is to empower stakeholders to create supportive environments that enable students to acquire the skills and confidence necessary for success in school and the community. We partner with schools to train special education staff in compliance and best practices, while also offering advocacy and parent training for families navigating the special education system. Through our services, we aim to foster effective partnerships that enhance student success throughout their educational journey.
Our Services
As special education advocates, we help families understand their child's educational rights and navigate the special education system. We attend IEP meetings, review documents, explain legal terms, and ensure the student gets a Free Appropriate Public Education (FAPE) in an appropriate environment. Although we are not lawyers, we are well-versed in special education laws and practices.

Individualized Online Tutoring for Students with Diverse Learning Needs
At 2111 ECMA, we recognize that every child learns uniquely. Our tutoring services are tailored to meet each student’s unique academic, social, and emotional needs, particularly those with IEPs, 504 Plans, or diagnosed learning differences, such as ADHD, autism, dyslexia, and other exceptionalities.
Online Tutor
Our ideal coaching clients are educators with a heart for serving students who receive special education services. These educators may not have received the necessary support during their student years or as first-year teachers. They want to understand the components of the IEP, learn how to write and implement a data-driven learning plan, and successfully manage the special education classroom and caseload. They are transparent and open, allowing for profound transformation from the inside out.
